I’m a Product Designer based in Toronto. At Amazon, I help thousands of customer service associates effectively solve customer contacts. Previously, I was a Product Design Consultant at Avanade and worked with diverse clients such as Triangle Rewards, Canadian Tire, Johnson Controls, and TD Bank.

Amazon: Customer Service Platform

The Customer Service organization at Amazon is developing a reimagined customer service platform. As the UX owner for orders, I shipped over 60 features while supporting 4 tech teams with 46+ engineers and 3+ product managers.

Aug 2021 - Present: Interaction Design, Product Thinking

Triangle: Rewards & Banking App

Triangle Rewards is a loyalty program that enables 3.5 million+ members to earn rewards across Canadian Tire owned stores. My team designed 2 MVP versions of the Triangle mobile app for both iOS and Android, improving App Store ratings from 2.0 / 5 to 4.7 / 5 six months after relaunch.

Canadian Tire: E-Commerce Experience

Canadian Tire envisioned a new e-commerce ecosystem to increase conversions, streamline operations, and grow YoY sales. Our designs improved the Baymard Institute's usability score for the site from -281.2 / 100 to 93.7 / 100.

2020: Product Thinking, Interaction Design

Johnson Controls: Field Services App

Johnson Controls aimed to digitize field technicians’ workflow with an app estimated to generate $1 billion in revenue worldwide. The new app was tested with 15 technicians across 2 cities and achieved an average task success rate of 93%.
